We're a tiny team (probably for the best), packing every order ourselves from our little shop by the sea. We aim to get your order out the door within 24 hours of it landing with us, and you've got two options at checkout:

Speedy Shipping, £9 Order before 2pm and we'll drop everything (school run permitting) to get it in the post the same day, on a tracked next-day service.

Simple Shipping, £5 We'll get it out to you within 48 hours on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. We might do the nursery run first, but it'll be on its way to you in no time ️

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email so you can keep tabs on it. Any wobbles, just drop us a line at hello@barefootwild.com

We really hope you love your Barefoot & Wild. But if not, here's the deal.

You've got 14 days from the day your parcel lands to email hello@barefootwild.com and tell us you'd like to return something, then another 14 days to pop it back in the post. Items need to come back unworn, unwashed, with tags on, and in their original packaging. Return postage is on you, unless your order arrived faulty or wrong, in which case it's on us. We'll refund to your original payment method within 14 days of it reaching us (usually much sooner) ️

We don't formally process exchanges. Easiest way to swap a size or colour is to return the original and place a new order.

Faulty or damaged? Email a photo and your order number to hello@barefootwild.com within 30 days and we'll sort it, properly.

Pierced earrings, gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable. Sorry, mama 

None of the above affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
